We are not just any travel website. Our unique focus is in identifying, sourcing and showcasing the unusual; the special, the unique places to stay in the UK whilst still offering our customers the widest choice of accommodation type and holiday experience. We are constantly researching (and testing as much as we can!) the UK holiday market and bring to you only the very best. And by the best, we do not necessarily mean the most lavish or the most expensive. Regardless of who you are and what you do, we are all watching our wallets a little bit more these days yet when we do take a break or holiday, we still expect a certain standard in where we stay and the service we are given.
We help showcase these holidaying experiences by working with both individual owners directly and carefully selected companies. A few of the companies we’re partnered with, for example, are Pure Holiday Homes, Featherdown Farms and Blue Chip Holidays – and then we only select the accommodation from these companies that match our brand and, we hope, your holiday wishes.
We strive to be the best ‘one stop boutique’ that not only showcases accommodation yet also offers you guides on your chosen destination such as unmentioned places to shop, eat, visit - vintage clothes shops, lidos, special tearooms and restaurants, beaches, places you can visit for free etc.
We also scour the market for useful and unusual travel accessories, share interesting travel articles and tips whilst still paying to mind the not-so exciting stuff we still have to think about before taking a trip such as travel insurance and weather forecasts.
